A Sacred Weight
As you walk, bring your attention to your body. Imagine that grief is a stone you carry in your hands. Look for a stone nearby and gently pick it up, letting it symbolize your grief. Feel its weight and texture. If no stone is nearby, imagine holding one. Reflect on what this stone represents—a memory, a person, or a feeling—and silently repeat: “This weight is love transformed.”
Carry the stone for a few moments, letting its presence become familiar. When you're ready, find a place to gently set it down. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine releasing a small piece of the tension you’ve been carrying. Notice how your body feels—lighter, freer, or simply different.
