Tracking Your Walks
The Power of Tracking:
Each walk you complete is a step toward healing. Tracking your progress helps you see how far you've come and keeps you moving forward.
The Two Bowl Method:
- Find two bowls and 100 items (pennies, stones, or buttons)
- Fill one bowl with all 100 items
- After each walk, move one item to the second bowl
Watch your progress grow as one bowl empties and the other fills.
Capturing Your Journey:
Take at least two photos: your first walk and your last.
Optional: Take one photo each walk (nature, your feet, or yourself). These images become a visual story of your healing journey
Remember: Whether you choose the two bowl method, photos, or both, tracking helps you see your progress and honors each step of your healing journey.
