How This Course Works
Your path to healing includes 3 simple steps for each walk:
Consider: A brief lesson to focus your healing intention
Walk: A gentle prompt to reflect on during your walk
Reflect: Questions to ponder or journal about afterward
Important Things to Know:
- Complete 100 walks at your own pace
- Take weeks, months, or years - there's no timeline
- Walks can be any length
- If a prompt doesn't feel right, simply walk mindfully, staying present to your surroundings and feelings
- Every walk counts, whether you use the prompts or not
You can trust that after 100 walks, you will feel different - better. This goal gives you somewhere to place your hope during difficult times.
