In the middle of our busy days, we often forget how powerful a small pause can be. Taking just a few minutes to center yourself can bring a surprising sense of calm and clarity. Today, we’ll create a moment of stillness to reset your mind and body.

Today's Practice: A Small Pause For You

Find a quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed. Sit or lie down comfortably and close your eyes if that feels natural.

Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your belly with air. Hold it for a moment, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Notice how your body begins to relax.

For the next five minutes, focus on your breathing. Let each inhale and exhale be slow and intentional. If your thoughts wander, gently guide them back to your breath without judgment.

When you’re finished, notice how you feel. Did this brief pause shift your energy or bring a sense of calm? This reset is always here for you when you need it.
